An SBB ticket machine prototype made on Figma. Right before the new design of the ticket machine's UX, we had to make our own. In my version, there is a window which shows you every step you make, you can even make multiple different tickets before paying. There are three user personas: Jürg, Rolf and Marina, with three different backgrounds and wishes for the SBB ticket machine. Watch with sound. Enjoy!
